职业本科是培养高层次、高技能职业技术人才的新领域,专业教育与职业发展教育融合是培养职业本科“高”定位人才的重要途径。然而,目前在职业院校的专业教育和职业教育中存在专业教育重技能、缺职业,职业发展教育中简单重复专业知识、缺乏专业技能的系统培训,缺乏能够为学生提供有效的专业与职业系统融合的教育教学途径等问题。目前,职业本科教育尚处于“幼年期”,为了完成“专职融合教育”的人才培养目标,需要具有事业导向、问题导向和柔性技能的人才培养思路,并通过“研产学”模式的人才培养方案、“问题型”的课程体系、“边缘型”的教学资源和“聚变型”的师资团队建设,实现高层次、高技能职业技术人才的培养目标。

Vocational undergraduate is a new field to train high-level and high-skilled vocational and technical per-sonnels,and the integration of professional education and career development education is an important way to train“high”orientation qualified personnel for vocational undergraduate.However,there are some problems in professional edu-cation and career development education in vocational colleges and universities,such as professional education emphasizes on skills but lacks of careers,career development education simply repeats professional knowledge but lacks systematic training of professional skills,and lacks education and teaching methods that can provide students with effective integration of professional and career systems.At present,vocational undergraduate education is still in the“infancy”stage.In order to achieve the talent training goal of“integation of professional education and career development education”,it is necessary to train talents with career-oriented,problem-oriented and flexible skills,and to achieve the goal of training high-level and high-skilled vocational and technical personnel through the construction of“research-production-leaming”talent cultivation program,“problem-based”curriculum system,“edge-based” teaching resources and“fusion-based”faculty team.
