摘要
随着“互联网+智慧能源”的大力推进,项目管理模式在不断重塑。针对电网企业项目管理体系的价值评价和专家判断的模糊性问题,结合项目管理的各个环节,文章提出基于区间偏好–前景理论的电网企业项目管理体系价值评价方法,将专家经验和定量计算相结合,计算出电网企业项目管理体系的前景价值。通过案例验证了方法的有效性及合理性,针对计算结果提出项目管理模式改进的4点建议,支撑未来电网企业项目管理建设。
With the vigorous advancement of"Internet+smart energy",the corresponding project management system is constantly being reshaped.In view of the fuzziness of the value evaluation and expert judgment of the power grid enterprise project management system,combined with all aspects of project management,a value evaluation method of power grid enterprise project management system based on interval preference and prospect theory is proposed.Combining expert experience and quantitative calculation,the prospective value of the project management system of power grid enterprises is calculated.The results of the calculation example show the rationality and effectiveness of the method.Through the analysis of the results,four suggestions for improving the project management mode are presented to support the construction of project management of power grid enterprises in the future.
