理性定位还是直觉先行:大学生认知方式对创业意愿的影响研究

Rational Positioning or Intuition Orienting:A Study on the Influence of College Students'Cognitive Styles on Entrepreneurial Intentions

构建“认知方式(直觉认知/理性认知)—创业自我效能—创业意愿”的研究模型,探究大学生的不同认知方式如何影响其创业意愿,及这一关系的影响机制与边界条件。通过对我国9所研究型大学的1051名大学生进行问卷调查,结果表明:对于大学生而言,偏向直觉认知的个体比偏向理性认知的个体具有更强的创业意愿;创业自我效能会中介认知方式和创业意愿之间的关系;研究指出,在外生支持较强的情况下,直觉认知对创业自我效能的促进作用会减弱,而理性认知对创业自我效能的促进作用会增强;在内生障碍较强的情况下,直觉认知对创业自我效能的促进作用会增强,而理性认知对创业自我效能的促进作用会减弱。扩展了直觉在创业相关活动中的作用,并丰富了关于创业自我效能的研究。

Based on the model of“cognitive style(intuition/rationality)-entrepreneurial self-efficacy-entrepreneurial intention”,this research investigates how different cognitive styles of university students affect their entrepreneurial intention,and explores the mechanisms and boundary conditions of the relationships.By conducting a questionnaire survey of 1051 university students from nine research universities in China,this research draws following conclusions:for university students,individuals with intuition have stronger entrepreneurial intentions than those with rationality cognition,and entrepreneurial self-efficacy mediates the relationship between cognitive style and entrepreneurial intentions.Moreover,the study points out that high level of exogenous support weakens the relationship between intuition and entrepreneurial self-efficacy while strengthens the relationship between rationality and entrepreneurial self-efficacy.On the contrary,when endogenous barriers are strong,the relationship between intuition and entrepreneurial self-efficacy is enhanced and the relationship between rationality and entrepreneurial self-efficacy is reduced.This study broadens the research of intuition and rationality in entrepreneurship research and enriches the research on entrepreneurial self-efficacy by exploring its cognitive antecedents and the influence of supports and barriers on entrepreneurial self-efficacy.
