科技人才创新意愿与社会资本、智力资本:一个文献综述

Innovation Intention of Scientific and Technological Talents,Social Capital and Intellectual Capital:A Literature Review

科技人才是推动国家发展与民族进步的关键性人才,其创新意愿的提升对科研成果产出、组织优势提高、科技强国建设具有重要意义。“双创”背景下,创新意愿有关研究逐渐进入学者视野并取得丰硕成果。尝试对科技创新意愿的相关研究进行梳理,并从影响因素、影响路径等方面入手,归纳近年来社会资本与科技创新关系的研究,从直接影响、间接影响、具有调节效应的影响的逻辑框架入手,梳理总结近年来智力资本与科技创新关系的研究。提出了目前研究不足和未来展望,为后续科技创新意愿的相关研究提供参考。

Scientific and technological talents are the key talents to promote the development of the country and the progress of the nation.Their intention to innovate is important for the increase of scientific research achievements,the improvement of organizational advantages and the construction of science and technology giant for China.In the context of mass entrepreneurship and innovation initiative strategy,research on innovation intention is coming to the attention of scholars and yielding fruitful results.This study try to review the research on the innovation intention and summarize the research on the relationship between social capital and science and technology innovation in recent years from the aspects of influencing factors and influencing paths,and start from the logical framework of direct influence,indirect influence,and influence with moderating effect to summarize the research on the relationship between intellectual capital and science and technology innovation in recent years.The current research deficiencies and future prospects are put forward in order to provide insights for the subsequent research related to innovation intention in science and technology.
