基于文献计量分析免疫衰老的研究热点及防治要点

Research hotspots and prevention points of immunosenescence based on bibliometric analysis

目的分析免疫衰老的研究现状与热点,总结其预防和治疗要点。方法检索Web of Science核心合集数据库于2012年1月至2022年3月收录的免疫衰老相关文献,利用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件从多个角度进行可视化分析。结果共纳入文献2454篇,年发文量总体呈现上升趋势,作者之间形成了合作网络图,各个国家间具有合作关系,被引量最高的文献与炎症衰老相关。高频关键词有年龄、T细胞、炎症等,关键词最大的聚类为免疫检查点抑制剂,热点词有肠道微生物、炎症小体、纳武单抗等。结论免疫衰老的热度逐年提升,研究热点在机制、影响因素及预防治疗,防治要点包括疫苗接种、改善炎症等。

Objective To analyze the research status and hotspots of immunosenescence,and to summarize its prevention and treatment.Methods Literatures related to immunosenescence from January 2012 to March 2022 in the Web of Science database were retrieved,CiteSpace and Vosviewer software were used for visual analysis from multiple perspectives.Results A total of 2454 literatures were included,and the annual pubulication volume showed an overall upward trend,a cooperative network map was formed among the authors,and there was a cooperative relationship between different countries.The literatures with the highest citation volume were related to inflammatory aging.Age,T cells,inflammation were included as keywords with high frequency,and immune checkpoint inhibitors was the largest cluster of keywords.Hot words were gut microbiota,inflammasome,nivolumab,etc.Conclusion The popularity of immunosenescence is increasing year by year.Hotspots focuses on the mechanism,influencing factors,as well as prevention and treatment.The key points of control include vaccination,inflammation amelioration and so on.
