精细化护理在关节损伤微创手术中应用效果分析

Effect analysis of fine nursing in minimally invasive operation of joint injury

目的分析关节损伤微创手术患者接受精细化护理的效果。方法选取2021年5月至2022年8月景德镇市第三人民医院收治的60例关节损伤微创手术患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例),对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用精细化护理,比较两组患者的血压、心率、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、住院时间、满意度与并发症情况。结果观察组护理后的血压、心率高于对照组,HAMA评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间短于对照组,总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经精细化护理可有效减轻患者应激反应,疏导其负面情绪,有效确保患者安全,促使其尽早康复,显著提高患者满意度,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of fine nursing in patients with joint injury minimally invasive surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients with minimally invasive surgery for joint injury admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Jingdezhen from May 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received fine nursing.Blood pressure,heart rate,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,length of stay,satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group,the HAMA score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the total satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing can effectively reduce the stress response of patients,relieve their negative emotions,effectively ensure the safety of patients,promote their recovery as soon as possible,significantly improve patient satisfaction,worthy of promotion.
