高房价对流动人口创业的影响研究

Research on the impact of high housing prices on migrant population􀆳s entrepreneurship

基于2017年中国流动人口动态监测调查(CMDS)和城市层面数据,运用工具变量法实证分析了高房价对流动人口创业的影响。研究发现:高房价总体上降低了流动人口创业的可能性以及其创业层次。文章从流动人口视角揭示了房价与创业的关系,为我国推进创新创业高质量发展和促进流动人口创业提供了重要的政策启示。

Based on the 2017 China Migrant Population Dynamic Monitoring Survey(CMDS)and city-level data,the instrumental var-iable method is used to empirically analyze the impact of high housing prices on migrant entrepreneurship.The study finds that high housing prices generally reduce the possibility of migrant population entrepreneurship and their entrepreneurial level.This paper reveals the relation-ship between housing prices and entrepreneurship from the perspective of floating population,and provides important policy enlightenment for promoting the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship and promoting entrepreneurship of floating population in China.
