数字富农背景下乡村振兴发展探究——以安徽省农产品跨境电商为例

Research on rural revitalization and development under the background of digital kulaks-Taking the cross-border e-commerce of agricultural products in Anhui province as an example

随着通信、物流的发展,数字技术在乡村经济发展过程中扮演着越来越重要的角色,而农村跨境电商在此背景下正在不断变革并取得一些进展。文章对安徽省农产品跨境电商的现状进行具体分析,提出构建农业信息传递机制、建立完善的物流体系、培养综合型人才、打造品牌建设等对策。希望通过这些对策促使安徽省农产品跨境电商发挥比较优势、规避自身的劣势和外在的威胁,并结合数字化经济的发展推动乡村振兴,推进社会主义现代化建设。

With the development of communication and logistics,digital technology plays an increasingly important role in the process of rural economic development,and rural cross-border e-commerce is constantly changing and making some progress in this context.Taking Anhui province as an example,through a specific analysis of the current situation of cross-border e-commerce of agricultural products in Anhui province,countermeasures such as the construction of agricultural information transmission mechanism,the establishment of a perfect logistics system,the training of comprehensive talents,brand construction and so on are proposed.It is hoped that through these counter-measures,the cross-border e-commerce of agricultural products in Anhui province can play its comparative advantages,avoid its own dis-advantages and external threats,and combine with the development of digital economy to promote rural revitalization and socialist moderni-zation.
