In the contemporary social context,the advantages of cultural undertakings in enriching the spiritual world and promoting social harmony are gradually revealed.Cultural enterprises are developing steadily under this situation.In order to promote the sustainable development of cultural enterprises,we should strengthen their performance management of financial special funds.Based on this,this paper first briefly expounds the importance of strengthening the performance management of financial special funds in cultural enterprises,summarizes the existing problems in the performance management of financial special funds in cultural enterprises,and further points out effective strategies to improve the quality of performance management of financial special funds in cultural enterprises for reference.
