以互联网大数据时代为背景,通过对大数据时代会计行业的特点以及财会人员的现状分析,指出传统财会人员和新时代下财会人员的差距,并说明了新时代会计人素质优化的必要性以及财会人员所面临的挑战,最后给出了财会人员适应时代发展所需要做出的改变以及优化策略。

Against the background of the Internet big data era,this paper points out the gap between traditional accountants and ac-countants in the new era by analyzing the characteristics of the accounting industry in the big data era and the current situation of account-ants,explains the necessity of optimizing the quality of accountants in the new era and the challenges faced by accountants,and finally gives the changes and optimization strategies that accountants need to make to adapt to the development of the era.
