考虑城市能源互联的配电网规划方法研究

Research on Distribution Network Planning Method Considering Urban Energy Interconnection

传统配电网规划方法忽略了对配电网接入分布式电源前后功率值的考虑,导致其规划成本较高。为此,提出一种考虑城市能源互联的配电网规划方法,基于能源互联建立统一调度单元,匹配能源与用电负荷规划配电网,实现基于能源互联的城市配电网规划。实际案例分析表明,此配电网规划方法的经济效果显著,有利于推动城市配电网规划的发展。

The traditional distribution network planning method ignores the consideration of the power value before and after the distribution network is connected to the distributed power supply,which leads to the high planning cost.Therefore,a distribution network planning method considering urban energy interconnection is proposed.A unified dispatching unit is established based on energy interconnection,and the distribution network is planned to match energy and electricity load,so as to realize urban distribution network planning based on energy interconnection.The actual case analysis shows that the economic effect of this distribution network planning method is remarkable,which is conducive to promoting the development of urban distribution network planning.
