摘要
以维护电力系统的稳定运行为前提,针对智能电网时代下电力信息通信技术的应用做出分析。阐述电力信息通信技术应用的必要性,同时也了解该技术的应用要求,随之阐述比较常见的几种电力信息通信技术及其应用要点。最后分别从发电、输电、变电、配电以及负荷控制5个方面提出电力信息通信技术的应用建议。总结应用电力信息通信技术的经验,旨在推动电力系统在智能电网时代下的自动化、智能化发展。
On the premise of maintaining the stable operation of power system,this paper analyzes the application of power information and communication technology in the era of smart grid.This paper expounds the necessity of the application of electric power information communication technology,and also understands the application requirements of this technology.Then,several common electric power information and communication technologies are described,and the key points of each technology application are expounded.Finally,the application suggestions of power information communication technology are put forward from five aspects:power generation,transmission,transformation,distribution and load control.The paper summarizes the experience of applying electric power information and communication technology,aiming at promoting the automation and intelligent development of electric power system in the era of smart grid.
