随着互联网、大数据、人工智能等先进技术的发展,信息数据呈几何级数增长。这些数据已经渗透到当今社会的各个领域,为政府和企业进行科学决策、开展各种研究、规划未来发展方向等提供了充分的科学依据,成为政府和企业发展不可或缺的战略资源。随着政府和企业智能化、信息化的转型升级,库存数据的形成规模、数据质量和可用性低下等问题逐渐暴露出来,数据资源利用率长期处于低水平,导致政府和企业在决策过程中缺乏有效数据,这也是数据资源没有发挥真正作用的根本原因,数据资源系统成为解决这类问题的有效方式。

With the development of advanced technologies such as the Internet,big data and artificial intelligence,information and data are growing geometric progression.These data have infiltrated into all fields of today society,providing a full scientific basis for governments and enterprises to make scientific decisions,carry out various kinds of research,plan the future development direction and so on,become the government and enterprise development indispensable strategic resources.With the transformation and upgrading of government and enterprise intelligence and informationization,the problems of the formation scale,data quality and low availability of inventory data are gradually exposed,and the utilization ratio of data resources is at a low level for a long time,it leads to the dilemma of lack of effective data in the decision-making process of government and enterprises,which is also the fundamental reason that data resources do not play a real role.The data resource system becomes the good medicine which solves this kind of question.
