基于能源互联的配网高效调控管理新模式

New mode of efficient regulation and management of distribution network based on energy interconnection

摘要 针对现有调度系统存在的数据贯通差、处理效率低、信息检测难、协同管控差等缺点,文中提出一种主站调控分布式能源信息融合一体化的一主多级管理构架。通过融合无线传感实时监测、多能空间数据全景检测,基于人工智能的数据挖掘、多层级能源聚合调控、数据安全传输等技术,全面提升调度平台系统的传输、处理、调控等功能特效。选取乐清市虹桥变下10 kV生态Y933线路下的多台分布式用户侧储能为示例,通过多台储能设备的集群调节,实现台区变压器负荷峰谷差降低35%,线路负载率降低10%,变电站容载比由1.21提升至1.37。应用结果证明,所提调控管理平台具有高效、安全、稳定等优点,能够实现可观、可测、可控的功能。通过对储能设备的单台调控或区域多台集群调控,达到从台区到线路再到变电站的点-线-面多层级自平衡,能够有效提升配电网弹性能力和稳定运行能力。 In allusion to the shortcomings of the existing scheduling system,such as poor data connection,low processing efficiency,difficult information detection,and poor collaborative management and control,a one⁃master multi⁃pole management framework for the integration of the master station control and distributed energy information fusion control is proposed.The transmission,processing,regulation and other special effects of the dispatching platform system are comprehensively improved by integrating the wireless sensor real⁃time monitoring,multi⁃energy spatial data panoramic detection,and artificial⁃intelligence⁃based technologies such as data mining,multi⁃level energy aggregation control and data security transmission.Taking the multi⁃distributed user side energy storage under the 10 kV ecological Y933 line of the Yueqing Hongqiao transformer substation as an example,the cluster adjustment of multiple energy storage devices is conducted,so that the peak⁃valley difference of transformer load in the substation area is reduced by 35%,the line load rate is reduced by 10%,and the substation capacity ratio is increased from 1.21 to 1.37.The application results prove that the regulation and management platform of on⁃site energy storage equipment has the advantages of high efficiency,safety and stability,and can realize considerable,measurable and controllable functions.The point⁃line⁃plane multi⁃level self⁃balance from the substation area to the line and then to the substation can be achieved by means of the single regulation and control or regional multiple cluster regulation and control of energy storage equipment,which can effectively improve the flexibility and stable operation ability of the distribution network.
