研究生虚拟学习氛围的运行机制和营建策略

摘要 研究生虚拟学习氛围是以虚拟现实或仿真技术为依托,由研究生社群关系来承载,借助积极参与、沉浸学习、实时交互、知识创生等活动来激发、运行的特殊心理场域,蕴含了去中心化、交互性、智慧性和泛在性等特征。这一数字虚拟身份的获得为推动研究生学习实现从边缘性参与走向充分性参与、从碎片化场域走向全景式场域、从主观意志驱动走向情景压力驱动的逻辑转向提供了可能。虚拟学习氛围运转的内在机制是由激活参与、问题启动、沉浸体验、多模态交互、知识创生、智慧共享等环节链接而成的自组织。把握虚拟学习氛围机制运转规律,积极营造生态有序的研究生虚拟学习氛围,需要创设仿真学习情境、创建虚拟学习共同体、构建完整电子学档,以此助力数字技术赋能研究生教育高质量发展目标的达成。 The virtual learning climate for postgraduates is a special psychological field based on virtual reality or simulation technology,which is carried by postgraduates'communities,and stimulated and operated through activities like active participation,immersive learning,real-time interaction,knowledge creation and so on.This field also registers the characteristics of decentralization,interactivity,intelligence and ubiquity.The acquisition of the digital virtual identity makes it possible to promote the veer of logic in which the shift of the study of postgraduates from marginal participation to full participation,from fragmented fields to a whole panoramic field,and from subjective volition-driven learning to situational pressure-driven learning can be realized.The internal mechanism that operates the virtual learning climate is a self-organization that is made of a chain linking such factors as activate participation,problem initiation,immersive experience,multimodal interaction,knowledge creation,and sharing intelligence.This paper suggests that in order to comprehend the operation rules of the virtual learning climate mechanism and actively create an ecologically orderly virtual learning climate for postgraduates,we need to set up a simulation learning situation,create a virtual learning community and construct a complete electronic learning document,so as to facilitate the realization of the goal to the high-quality development of digital technology-empowered postgraduate education.
