多维视角下老旧小区适老化营造路径研究

随着我国老龄化步伐的加快,城市中老龄人口比重持续上升,社区作为老年人日常生活的主要活动场所,亟需推行适老化改造。本文以我国当前的老旧小区改造为契机,通过多维度考量,将老旧小区物质环境的适老化改造、社会环境的适老化治理及社区生活的适老化营造进行联动,共同推进老旧小区的宜居养老水平和生活品质的提升,并提出多维视角下的老旧小区适老化营造路径,以期为应对我国人口老龄化提供借鉴。

With the accelerated pace of ageing in China,the proportion of the elderly population in cities continues to climb.Communities,as the main activity places for the elderly in their daily lives,are in urgent need of ageing-friendly renovation.In recent years,the state has vigorously promoted the renovation of old communities.Taking the present renovation of old communities in China as an opportunity,this paper promotes the linkage among the ageing-friendly renovation of the physical environment,the ageing-friendly governance of the social environment and the ageingfriendly creation of community life in old communities through multi-dimensional considerations,so as to jointly promote the improvement of the livability and life quality of old communities,and put forward multi-dimensional perspectives on the ageing-friendly renovation,path of old communities,which could provide reference for coping with the population aging in China.
