大连老旧住区多品质更新要素与老年人主观幸福感相关性研究

随着国内老旧小区综合改造工程不断推进,居民实际获得感与幸福感成为备受关注的话题。旧改的成果对老年人群的生活品质提升和主观幸福感受将产生重要影响。本文通过对大连老旧小区调查,讨论不同住区类型中多品质更新要素与老年人主观幸福感的关系。结果表明,住区多品质更新要素能正向预测老年人主观幸福感。研究证实,多品质更新要素能够促进老年人的主观幸福感,可为建立健康导向的住区环境修复方法提供指导。

With the expansion of comprehensive renovation projects in China's old communities,residents'actual sense of gain and happiness has become a topic of concern.The results of the old community renovation will have a significant impact on the quality of life and subjective well-being of the elderly population.Through a survey of old neighborhoods in Dalian,the study examines the relationship between multi-quality renewal elements and the subjective well-being of the elderly people in various residential types.The findings revealed that multi-quality renewal elements in residential areas positively predicted and promote the subjective well-being of the elderly,which could provide guidance for the establishment of health-oriented approaches to environmental restoration in residential areas.
