摘要
大直径浅圆仓构筑物多用于粮食仓储,其可以采用较少的常规机械组合和较低的运行成本完成浅圆仓的粮食入仓和出仓作业,机械化程度较高。但目前利用传统支模方式施工浅圆仓不仅耗时,而且费工费力,安全性也没有保障。本文针对此弊端进行研究,利用浅圆仓仓顶钢胎模整体提升整体降落施工技术解决了上述问题,提升了施工效率,为国内同类型工程降本增效提供借鉴。
Large diameter shallow round warehouse structure is mostly used for grain storage,which can use less conventional mechanical combination and lower operating cost to complete the grain warehousing operations with high mechanization degree.However,at present,the construction of shallow round warehouses using the traditional support mold method is not only time-consuming and labor-intensive,but also the safety is not guaranteed.In view of this drawback,this paper uses the overall lifting and landing construction technology of shallow round silo roof steel tire mold to solve the above problems,so as to improve the construction efficiency,which could provide reference for the cost reduction and efficiency improvement of similar projects in China.
