大型物流园区主体结构施工关键技术解析及安全控制--以宁波农副产品物流中心项目Π期工程为例

摘要 当前许多大型物流园区建设成为城市基础设施配套提升的重点。大型物流厂房施工涉及高大支模和钢筋脚手架安装、主体模板与预埋管线穿插施工等复杂问题,利用BIM指导施工尤为重要。本文以宁波农副产品物流中心项目Π期工程为例,对主体工程施工中钢筋、模板、砌体分项施工的关键工艺进行深化布置研究,为建筑群主体建筑结构类型提供系统施工方案。同时,利用BIM施工模型来指导施工安全质量控制,对附着式脚手架、高层安全防护网和施工平台进行高质量模拟安装,以期为类似的大型物流园区建筑群主体结构的安全和质量把控提供借鉴。 At present,the construction of many large logistics parks has become the focus of the improvement of urban infrastructure.The construction of large logistics workshops is confronted with complex installation of tall support forms and reinforced scaffolding,as well as the interpenetration construction of main formwork and embedded construction,so how to use BIM to guide construction safety becomes very important.This paper takes II phase of Ningbo Agricultural and sideline Product Logistics Center project as an example,studies the deepening layout on the key technologies of the sub-divisional construction of reinforcement,formwork and masonry in main project construction,and provides systematic construction scheme for the main building structure type of the building group.At the same time,BIM construction model is used to guide construction safety and quality control,and high-quality simulation installations are carried out on attached scaffolding,high-rise safety protection net and construction platform,which could provide reference for the safety and quality control of the main structure of similar large logistics park buildings.
