摘要
榕江县森林资源丰富,但传统林木的种植和经营模式单一,经济效益低下。为了将榕江县乃至黔东南州的竹资源盘活、变现,把竹产业培育作为当地经济发展新的增长极,提出在全州建成7.33万hm^(2)竹种植基地的基础上,转变地方政府的发展理念,以市场化为导向,积极培育和发展竹板材(家具)龙头企业,重点发展技术含量和附加值高的竹产品,打造竹制品产业园,依托科研机构及院校等搭建行业交流合作平台,大力发展竹产业,从而全面巩固脱贫攻坚成果,助推当地的乡村振兴建设。
Rongjiang County is rich in forest resources,but the traditional tree planting and management model is single,and the economic benefits are low.In order to revitalize and realize the bamboo resources in Rongjiang County and even Southeastern Guizhou Province,the bamboo industry is cultivated as a new growth pole for local economic development.Based on the establishment of 73300 hectares of bamboo planting bases in the prefecture,it is proposed to change the development concept of the local government,to be market-oriented,to actively cultivate and develop leading bamboo board(furniture)enterprises,focusing on the development of bamboo products with high technology content and added value,build a bamboo product industrial park,rely on scientific research institutions and colleges to build industry exchanges and cooperation platforms,and vigorously develop the bamboo industry,thereby comprehensively consolidating the results of poverty alleviation and boosting the revitalization of local villages.
