摘要
本文建立了安痛定注射液中巴比妥、安替比林、氨基比林含量的HPLC测定方法:采用Agilent Eclipse Plus C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 7.8~8.0)(20∶80)(用磷酸调节pH至8.0),检测波长240 nm,流速1.0 mL/min。结果表明,巴比妥在4.5~67.5μg/mL的浓度范围内呈线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率96.2%;安替比林在10~150μg/mL的浓度范围内呈线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率100.1%;氨基比林在25~375μg/mL的浓度范围内呈线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率97.1%;该方法简便、准确、快速、重现性好,可用于该制剂的含量测定。
A method for the determination of Barbital,Phenazone and Aminophenazone in Antondine Injection by HPLC was established.The experiment used Agilent Eclipse Plus C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),acetonitrile-phosphate buffer(pH7.8-8.0)(20∶80)(the pH value was adjusted to 8.0 with phosphoric acid)as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength was 240 nm with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.Results showed that linear range of Barbital was 4.5-67.5μg/mL with r of 0.9997,average recovery was 96.2%.Linear range of Phenazone was10-150μg/mL with r of 0.9999,average recovery was 100.1%.Linear range of Aminophenazone was 25-375μg/mL with r of 0.9999,average recovery was 97.1%.The method is simple,accurate,rapid and reproducible,and can be used for the content determination of the preparation.
