丛枝菌根真菌对烤烟湿润育苗烟苗生长及其产质量的影响

摘要 为探明接种丛枝菌根真菌对烤烟湿润育苗烟苗生长及其产质量的影响,并与常规漂浮育苗进行比较,以烟草“K326”品种为试验材料,采用湿润育苗和大田试验方法,设置育苗基质配制10%缓释肥并接种低、中、高水平丛枝菌根真菌(CQ1、CQ2、CQ3)处理和漂浮育苗对照,同时培育成苗后移栽大田试验,分析各处理对烟苗素质、烤烟生长及烟叶产质量的影响。结果表明:与漂浮育苗对照相比,接种中、高、低水平丛枝菌根真菌均能促进烟苗生长,提高烟苗根长、根数量、根系体积和烟苗生物量。接种丛枝菌根真菌处理的烟叶产量均显著高于对照处理,其中CQ3处理烤烟产量提高16.27%;CQ2处理烟叶产值和上等烟叶产量最高,且与对照相比差异显著,其中产值增加11.42%;CQ2处理的烟叶上等烟比例也比对照处理高,达到85.71%。综上所述,接种丛枝菌根真菌处理可提高烤烟湿润育苗的烟苗素质,并能显著提高烤烟烟叶的产量、产值和品质,可替代常规漂浮育苗。 To explore the effects on inoculation of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)on the growth,yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco seedlings,and compare with the conventional floating seedling method.The flue-cured tobacco variety"K326"was selected as experimental material,and the wet seedling and field test methods were used to carry out the experiment.Experimental treatments were set up by seedling substrate applied with 10%proportions of water-soluble nitrogen slow-release fertilizer and inoculated with low,medium and high levels of AMF(CQ1,CQ2,CQ3),and floating seedling control was set.At the same time,the seedlings were cultivated and transplanted in the field to carry out field test.The effects of different treatments on quality of tobacco seedlings and growth,yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco were analyzed.Compared with the control,the inoculation of medium,high and low levels of AMF could promote the growth of tobacco seedlings and improve the quality of tobacco seedlings,and increase the root length,number,volume and biomass of tobacco seedlings.The yield of tobacco of inoculated with AMF treatments was significantly higher than that of the control,and the yield of CQ3 treatment increased by 16.27%.Tobacco output value and high-grade tobacco yield of CQ2 treatment was the highest,which was significantly different from the control,and the output value increased by 11.42%.The proportion of high-grade tobacco of CQ2 treatment was 85.71%,which also higher than the control treatment.In summary,inoculation with AMF could improve the quality of flue-cured tobacco seedlings,and improve the yield,output value and quality of flue-cured tobacco,which could replace the conventional floating seedling method.
