摘要
分布式电源(distributed energy resources,DER)的大规模接入,给配电网防孤岛保护提出了新挑战。现有反应电压/频率变化的防孤岛保护难以兼顾故障时快速解列DER与系统扰动时不误动的要求,且存在动作死区,亟待予以解决。介绍防孤岛保护的作用、国内外主要的防孤岛保护方法及其优缺点,总结分析防孤岛保护技术应用现状与存在的问题,就防孤岛保护技术在工程应用中需要解决的问题及其新的研发方向提出了建议。
High penetration of DERs presents ever-increasing challenges to anti-islanding protection of distribution systems.The existing voltage/frequency based anti-islanding protection can't make a good balance between the requirements of high speed tripping during faults and riding through during system disturbances.It also has a non-detection zone,which need to be solved urgently.Main anti-islanding protection methods used in fields as well as their pros and consare introduced.International engineering practices on anti-islanding and the problems to besolved are summarized.Suggestions on the application and further developments of anti-islanding protection are given.
