基于综合电压灵敏度的有源配电网过电压控制 被引量:2

摘要 随着配电网中以分布式光伏为代表的新能源渗透率不断上升,有源配电网中由于光伏倒送功率引发的过电压问题日趋严峻。从节点电压灵敏度计算分析入手,推导出光伏注入对目标节点及其他节点的电压灵敏度影响计算公式,并得出光伏有功无功输出-电压灵敏度变化的一般规律。为了解决单纯依靠电压灵敏度控制效率低的问题,提出综合电压灵敏度的概念,并针对复杂配电网结构提出过电压优化控制策略。算例验证了该优化控制策略的有效性,即在不影响光伏有功输出前提下,以光伏逆变器无功输出更小的调整就可以实现相同的过电压调节效果,最终实现过电压快速调节。 With the increasing penetration level of renewable energy resources represented by distributed photovoltaics in the distribution network,the overvoltage problem caused by photovoltaic reverse power flow in the active distribution network is becoming more and more serious.This paper starts with the calculation and analysis of node voltage sensitivity,deduces the influence calculation formula of photovoltaic injection on the voltage sensitivity of the target node and other nodes,and gives general conclusion on the change of voltage sensitivity against PV active and reactive power.In order to solve the low control efficiency of control scheme simply relying on voltage sensitivity,the concept of comprehensive voltage sensitivity is defined,and an optimized overvoltage control strategy is proposed under the complex distribution network structure.The simulation example verifies the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy,that is,on the premise of not affecting the active power output of the photovoltaic,the photovoltaic inverter can achieve the same overvoltage regulation effect with smaller adjust in reactive power output,and finally achieve rapid overvoltage regulation.
