摘要 随着分布式电源高渗透率接入配电网,在电网发生故障后易在局部形成孤岛效应,从而引发严重的电网安全事故,因此研究孤岛原因与保护原理对保证大规模分布式电源安全接入配电网具有重要意义。首先,在比较分析主动式防孤岛和被动式防孤岛保护原理的基础上,结合拓扑识别技术提出了一种广域防孤岛保护技术;然后,介绍了满足广域防孤岛保护原理的网络安全接入区策略,实现了基于5G无线通信技术的分布式电源远程跳闸功能;最后,以试点变电站为例,阐述了广域防孤岛保护系统结构及工程实施方法,证明提出的广域防孤岛保护原理可有效解决传统被动式防孤岛保护存在动作死区和定值整定困难的问题,大幅提升了孤岛的识别速度和准确度。 With the high penetration of distributed generation into the distribution network,it is easy to form islanding effect locally after a fault occurs in the network,which can lead to serious safety accidents in the network,So it is of great significance to study the causes of islanding and the protection principles to ensure the safe access of large-scale distributed generation to the distribution network.Firstly based on the comparative analysis of active anti-islanding and passive anti-islanding protection principles,and combined with topology identification technology,a wide-area anti-islanding protection technology is proposed,and a network security access area strategy that satisfies the wide-area anti-islanding protection principle is introduced.The remote tripping function of distributed power supply based on 5G wireless communication technology is adapted.Taking a substation as an example,the structure and engineering implementation method of the wide-area anti-islanding protection system are expounded.The experimental results indicate that the wide-area anti-islanding protection principle proposed in this paper effectively solves the problems of the traditional passive anti-islanding protection that exist in the action dead zone and the difficulty of setting value,and greatly improves the identification speed and accuracy of the island.
