银杏叶提取物联合rt-PA溶栓对急性脑梗死患者血清BDNF和NGF水平及神经功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨银杏叶提取物(GBE)联合重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(rt-PA)溶栓对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、神经生长因子(NGF)水平及神经功能的影响。方法选择2020年6月至2022年5月于我院治疗的120例ACI患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各60例。对照组采用rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗,观察组采用rt-PA与GBE联合治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血清BDNF、NGF水平、神经功能、中医证候(TCM)积分及不良反应。结果观察组治疗RR高于对照组,治疗后观察组BDNF、NGF水平高于对照组,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、TCM积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组总不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论ACI患者采用GBE联合rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗是安全可行的,能够提高血清BDNF、NGF水平,改善患者的临床症状及神经功能,且不良反应并未增加。 Objective To investigate the effect of Ginkgo biloba extract(GBE)combined with recombinant tissue plasminogen activator(rt-PA)thrombolysis on serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),nerve growth,and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Factor(NGF)levels and effects on neurological function.Methods A total of 120 patients with ACI who were treated in our hospital from June 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis,and the observation group was treated with rt-PA combined with GBE.The clinical efficacy,serum BDNF and NGF levels,neurological function,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome(TCM)scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The RR of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the levels of BDNF and NGF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.0.05;there was no statistical difference in the total adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion GBE combined with rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis is safe and feasible for ACI patients,which can increase serum BDNF and NGF levels,improve the clinical symptoms and neurological function of patients,and does not increase adverse reactions.
