深圳市罗湖区慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重相关因素分析

Analysis of Factors Related to Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Luohu District,Shenzhen

目的探讨深圳市罗湖区慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重的相关危险因素。方法选取我院2021年10月至2022年6月门急诊收治的COPD患者180例,根据1年内患者急性加重的次数分组,分为频繁加重组(≥2次/年)75例及非频繁加重组(≤1次/年)105例,回顾分析两组临床资料。比较两组临床资料之间的差异性,并应用多因素Logistic回归分析法分析导致AECOPD发生的相关因素。结果两组在年龄、体重指数、吸烟指数、粉尘接触史、合并基础疾病、哮喘史等资料比较具有显著差异;经多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄>80岁、吸烟指数、有粉尘接触史、合并基础疾病、有哮喘史均是影响AECOPD的独立因素。结论AECOPD发作,可能与年龄、吸烟指数、粉尘接触史、合并基础疾病、哮喘史具有明显关系,临床应予以重视,并根据以上因素为患者诊治方案提供重要参考信息,以期提高其生活质量,利于罗湖区制定相关卫生政策,响应将健康融入所有政策之类。

Objective To investigate the related risk factors of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in Luohu District,Shenzhen.Methods A total of 180 patients with COPD who were admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to June 2022 were selected and grouped according to the number of acute exacerbations within 1 year.Infrequent recombination(≤1 time/year)(105 cases),the clinical data of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed.The differences between the two groups of clinical data were compared,and the multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the related factors leading to the occurrence of AECOPD.Results There were significant differences between the two groups in age,body mass index,smoking index,history of dust exposure,underlying diseases,and history of asthma,A history of dust exposure,combined underlying diseases,and a history of asthma were all independent factors affecting AECOPD.Conclusion The onset of AECOPD may be significantly related to age,smoking index,history of dust exposure,underlying diseases,and history of asthma.Clinical attention should be paid to it,and important reference information should be provided for the diagnosis and treatment plan of patients based on the above factors,in order to improve their quality of life.It will help Luohu District to formulate relevant health policies and respond to the integration of health into all policies.
