温脾化瘀汤结合吉西他滨治疗胰腺癌的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Wenpi Huayu Decoction Combined with Gemcitabine in the Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer

目的 评估胰腺癌行吉西他滨+温脾化瘀汤治疗的效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年1月枣庄市中医医院收治的42例胰腺癌患者为研究对象,随机分为单药组和联合组,各21例。单药组行吉西他滨治疗,联合组在西药基础上行温脾化瘀汤治疗,比较两组患者的癌症因子、症状积分及缓解率。结果 用药后,联合组CA199、CEA均比单药组低,差异有统计学意义(t=5.086、4.525,P<0.05)。用药后,联合组恶心、黄疸及腹痛的症状积分均比单药组低,差异有统计学意义(t=3.390、6.129、3.991,P<0.05)。联合组临床缓解率为76.19%,高于单药组的42.86%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.843,P=0.028)。结论 吉西他滨+温脾化瘀汤能快速缓解癌症症状,降低癌症因子水平,提高胰腺癌缓解率。

Objective To evaluate the effect of gemcitabine plus Wenpi Huayu decoction on pancreatic cancer.Methods 42 pancreatic cancer patients admitted to Zaozhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into single drug group and combination group,21 patients in each.The single drug group received gemcitabine treatment.The combination group was treated with western medicine,and the cancer factors,symptom score and remission rate of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After administration,CA199 and CEA in the combination group were lower than those in the single drug group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.086,4.525,P<0.05).After medication,the symptom score of nausea,jaundice and abdominal pain was in the combination group lower than those in the single drug group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.390,6.129,3.991,P<0.05).The clinical response rate in the combination group was 76.19%,higher than 42.86%in the single drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.843,P=0.028).Conclusion Gemcitabine+Wenpi Huayu decoction can reduce the level of cancer factors and improve the remission rate of pancreatic cancer.
