骨折联络服务干预策略在脊柱脆性骨折患者术后护理中的应用效果

Application effect of fracture liaison service intervention strategy in postoperative nursing of patients with brittle fracture of spinal

目的探讨骨折联络服务(FLS)干预在脊柱脆性骨折患者术后护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至5月在浙江省温州市人民医院骨科诊治的脊柱脆性骨折患者80例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上再行FLS干预。观察出院后服药依从性情况、出院后跌倒及二次骨折发生情况、生活质量改善情况。结果出院后第6个月,对照组服药依从性评分低于入院时,而观察组评分高于入院时,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出院后半年内跌倒、二次骨折发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院后第6个月,两组健康调查简表总评分均高于入院时,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脊柱脆性骨折患者护理中行FLS干预,可提高患者出院后服药依从性,有效降低术后跌倒、再次骨折发生风险,明显提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of fracture liaison service(FLS)intervention in postoperative nursing of patients with brittle fracture of spinal.Methods A total of 80 patients with spinal fragility fracture treated in the Department of Orthopedics,Wenzhou People’s Hospital of Zhejiang Province from January to May 2021 were selected as the study objects,according to random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received FLS intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The medication compliance after discharge,the occurrence of falls and secondary fractures after discharge,and the improvement of life quality were observed.Results At six months after discharge,the score of medication compliance in the control group was lower than that at admission,while the score in the observation group was higher than that at admission,and the observation group higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of falls and secondary fractures in the observation group were lower than those in the control group within six months after discharge,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);at six months after discharge,the total score of the health survey summary table in both groups was higher than that at admission,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion FLS intervention in the nursing of patients with brittle fracture of spinal can improve patients’medication compliance after discharge,effectively reduce the risk of postoperative falls and re-fractures,and significantly improve patients’quality of life.
