粤港澳大湾区高等教育与区域经济发展协调度分析

Evaluation on Coordination Degree between Higher Education and Regional Economy Development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

本文以粤港澳大湾区9+2城市群为研究对象,实证研究2010-2017年高等教育与区域经济发展的协调关系。通过构建高等教育和经济发展的评价指标体系,运用综合评价模型和熵值法测算高等教育和经济发展的综合指数,运用协调度模型对粤港澳大湾区高等教育与经济发展的协调程度进行测度,并进一步验证高等教育、经济发展与其协调度的时空特征及其空间相关性演变格局,研究结果表明:第一,2010-2017年,粤港澳大湾区各城市的高等教育发展不均衡,经济发展梯度分布格局明显。第二,城市群高等教育与经济发展的协调度呈下降趋势,大部分城市二者发展不均衡的态势加剧。其中,香港地区、澳门地区、深圳高等教育发展滞后于经济发展水平,其余8市高等教育发展超前于经济发展水平。第三,高等教育与区域经济协调发展未能呈现出显著的空间相关关系,城市之间未能形成显著的合力。

Higher education is an important support to promote regional economic development.Adhering to coordinate development is conducive to the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA).This research uses the 9+2 urban agglomeration of GBA from 2010 to 2017 as the research object to empirically examine the coordination relationship between higher education and economic development.By constructing the evaluation index system of higher education and regional economy,this article uses a comprehensive evaluation model and entropy weight method to measure the comprehensive index of higher education and economic development,and uses the coordination degree model to measure the coordination degree of higher education and economic development in the GBA,and analyzes the spatial and temporal characteristics and spatial correlation evolution pattern of higher education,economic development and their coordination degree.The results show that:First,from 2010 to 2017,the higher education development of cities in the GBA is unbalanced,and the gradient distribution pattern of economic development is obvious.Second,the coordination degree of higher education and economic development in the GBA mainly showed a downward trend from 2010to 2017.Among them,Hong Kong region,Macao region and Shenzhen are because the development of higher education lags behind the economic development level,and the other eight cities are because higher education development ahead of economic development.Third,there is no significant spatial correlation between the coordinated development of higher education and economic development in the GBA,and there is no significant synergy between cities.
