摘要
惠州高职院校发展迅速,年毕业生超万人,但受生源结构、专业结构、地域文化、地区产业结构、广深莞人才“虹吸效应”的影响,惠州高职毕业生留惠工作比例较低,惠州产业发展所需专业技术人才本地供给不足,应从优化专业布局、调整生源结构、深化产教融合、完善留才制度等方面完善高职毕业生留惠就业创业的政策路径,为推动地区产业高质量发展提供强大人力资源支撑。
Huizhou higher vocational colleges have developed rapidly,with more than 10000 graduates annually.However,due to the influence of student source structure,major structure,regional culture,regional industrial structure,and the“siphon effect”of talents in Guangzhou,Shenzhen and Dongguan,the proportion of Huizhou higher vocational college graduates staying in Huizhou is relatively low,and the local supply of professional and technical talents required for Huizhou’s industrial development is insufficient.We should optimize the major layout,adjust the student source structure,deepen the integration of industry and education In terms of improving the talent retention system,we should improve the policy path to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of vocational college graduates,and provide strong human resources support for promoting the high-quality development of regional industries.
