当前我国养老助残事业及相关产业统筹发展问题与对策研究

Study of the Coordinated Development Issues and Its Countermeasures of the Undertakings and Their Related Industries on Supporting of the Aged and the Disabled at Present in China

养老事业与残疾人事业在服务对象、服务内容、服务方式和工作体系上有一定程度的交叉、重叠,其高质量发展面临一些共同挑战。通过对养老助残事业发展问题的研究,发现一些重大政策、规划和研究文献中,目前在工作部署、文字表述及其内涵上,都存在不一致的地方。有必要统筹养老助残事业及相关产业的发展,摸清底数、理清方向、加大力度,形成高质量发展的工作格局。

The undertakings for supporting of the aged and the disabled have a certain degree of cross-bed in service objects,service content, service mode and work system. There are some common challenges in their high-quality development process. Research on the development problems faced by the undertakings for supporting of the aged and disabled can find some inconsistencies in the work arrangements, written expression and its connotation among the major policies, plans and research documents. It is necessary to coordinate the undertakings and their related industries on the supporting of the aged and the disabled, especially to find out the basic data, clarify the direction, intensify efforts and form a joint working pattern for high-quality development.
