失能老人健康管理的现状调查与路径探究——基于J省S市长期护理保险制度

Investigation on the Current Situation and Path of Health Management for the Disabled Elderly——Taking S City, J Province as an Example

随着我国老龄化进程的不断深入,失能老人的健康管理备受关注。从现实状况来看,没有任何一个部门、单位、机构以及个人能够单方面解决失能老人的健康管理问题。通过运用抽样调查法,走访调研长期照护保险制度试点城市——J省S市,基本掌握了当地失能老人健康管理的制度方案。在实地探访S市Y县失能老人,以及访谈一位养老服务公司负责人之后,总结分析了其中的经验与不足,逐步探索出一条符合实际情况的失能老人健康管理的四维联动路径,并形成了理论化机制。

The deepening of the aging process in China, the health management of the disabled elderly has attracted extensive attention. From the actual situation, no department, unit, institution or individual can unilaterally solve the health management of the disabled elderly. By using the sampling survey method, we visited and investigated the pilot city of long-term care insurance system——S City, J Province, and basically mastered the system scheme of local health management for the disabled elderly. After visiting the disabled elderly in Y County, S City and interviewing a person in charge of the elderly care service company, this paper summarizes and analyzes the experience and shortcomings, gradually explores a four-dimensional linkage path of health management for the disabled elderly in line with the actual situation, and forms a theoretical mechanism.
