当前我国福利机构成年孤儿社会融入问题研究——以C市福利机构为例

A Study on the Social Integration of Adult Orphans in Welfare Institutions in China——A Case Study of Welfare Institutions in C City

福利机构供养的孤儿年满18岁后,符合社会化安置条件的,将与机构脱离供养关系进入社会生活。社会化安置的部分成年孤儿进入社会生活后,存在工作不稳定、居无定所、人际关系差等社会适应困难问题,这不仅与其自身性格、文化水平、综合能力等因素有关,也和其个人成长经历、社会支持网络不足有关。为使成年孤儿顺利融入社会,福利机构需要不断改善孤儿的成长环境,增强其社会适应能力;同时,孤儿落户社区的后续支持,以及就业、住房、医疗等相关支持政策的完善,也是促进成年孤儿社会融入的重要因素。

Theorphanraised by the welfare institution will be separated from the institution and enter social lifewhen they reach the age of 18. Some of the adult orphans who have been social resettled have social adaptationproblems, such as unstable work, unstable residence, and poor interpersonal relationship, which is not only related to their own personality, literacy level, comprehensive ability,and other factors, but also related to their personal growth experienceand the lack of social support.For the successful integration of adult orphans into society in the future, welfare institutions need to constantly improve the environment of orphans and enhance their social adaptability;at the same time, follow-up support from the communities where orphans are settled, as well as the employment,housing, medical and other related support policies are all important factors to promote the social integration of adult orphans.
