“双增”背景下我国体育培训机构转型与升级路径研究

Research on the transformation and upgrading path of sports training institutions in China under the background of“double increment”

基于“双减与双增”背景下体育培训机构的发展前景,秉承规范化原则、高质量发展原则、协调发展原则,探究我国体育培训机构转型与升级路径。结果显示:体育培训机构面临的困难为我国体育培训市场准入门槛低,经营不规范;产品服务同质化、应试化,创新不足;自身地位不明,管理不规范;城乡发展不平衡,县级乡镇体育培训机构空白。针对上述问题提出体育培训机构转型升级的路径,即重审批,强监管,促进规范化发展;升级产品与服务结构,促进高质量发展;明确主体概念,加强自身管理;依托乡村振兴,全民健身计划,促进协调发展。

Based on the development prospect of sports training institutions under the background of“double reduction and double increase”,adhering to the principles of standardized and high-quality coordinated development,this paper explores the transformation and upgrading path of our sports training institutions.The results show that the difficulties faced by sports training institutions are as follows:low market entry threshold,non-standard operation;product and service homogenization,exam-oriented,insufficient innovation;their status is unclear,management is not standard;urban and rural development is unbalanced,even county township sports training institutions are blank.Their transformation and upgrading paths includes:Attaching importance to examination and approval,strengthening supervision to promote standardized development;upgrading product and service structure to promote high-quality development;clear subject concept to strengthen self-management;relying on rural revitalization and national fitness programs to promote coordinated development.
