Under the environment of archives management,the filing management of CAD electronic records requires us to rethink and orientate ourselves.By deeply exploring the present situation of electronic record archiving management in enterprises and institutions,this paper analyzes the outstanding problems that affect the quality of CAD electronic record archiving,and sorts out the practical cases of relevant units in file scope definition,design software update,archiving standards and specifications,and audit system monitoring.On this basis,this paper puts forward the innovative management path of CAD electronic record archiving in terms of safe storage,resource development,utilization procedures,and effect evaluation.
