数字服务进口对服务业出口增长的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Digital Service Import on the Growth of Service Export

文章基于UNCTAD STAT及相关数据库公布的数据,参照已有成果构建贸易成本指标,从理论和实证两个角度探究数字服务进口、贸易成本与服务业出口增长问题,并运用三元分解方法进一步厘清数字服务进口促进服务业出口增长的动力来源。研究结果显示:数字服务进口对服务业出口增长存在显著促进作用,数字服务进口数量边际发挥主要作用;数字服务进口通过降低贸易成本推动服务业出口增长;发达经济体和非发达经济体数字服务进口对服务业出口增长的推动作用存在显著差异,“电信、计算机和信息服务”“个人、文化和娱乐服务”以及“其他商业服务”进口对服务业出口增长的促进作用显著。根据实证结果研究提出相关政策建议。

Based on the data published by UNCTAD stat and relevant databases,and referring to the existing achievements,this paper constructs the trade cost index,explores the problems of digital service import,trade cost and service export growth from both theoretical and empirical perspectives,and uses the ternary decomposition method to further clarify the power source of digital service import to promote the growth of service export.The results show that digital service imports can significantly promote the growth of service exports,and the marginal quantity of digital service imports plays a major role;Digital service imports promote the growth of service exp-orts by reducing trade costs;There are significant differences in the role of digital service imports in promoting the growth of service exports between developed and non developed economies.The import of"telecommunications,computer and information services","pers-onal,cultural and entertainment services"and"other business services"play a significant role in promoting the growth of service exports.Putting forward relevant policy suggestions according to the empirical results.
