HMGB1及RAGE在三阴性乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的:探讨高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)与晚期糖基化终末产物受体(RAGE)在三阴性乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:选取2017年12月至2021年12月56例三阴性乳腺癌患者和60例乳腺纤维瘤患者的临床资料开展回顾性研究,穿刺取样三阴性乳腺癌患者癌灶组织、癌旁组织和乳腺纤维瘤患者病灶组织,比较癌灶组织、癌旁组织和乳腺纤维瘤病灶组织HMGB1阳性率和RAGE高表达率,以及不同HMGB1、RAGE表达水平三阴性乳腺癌患者的临床病理特征。结果:三阴性乳腺癌癌灶组织HMGB1阳性率、RAGE高表达率高于三阴性乳腺癌癌旁组织和乳腺纤维瘤病灶组织,且三阴性乳腺癌癌旁组织高于乳腺纤维瘤病灶组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HMGB1阳性三阴性乳腺癌患者N1期占比、临床Ⅲ~Ⅳ期占比和肿瘤直径≥5 cm占比均高于HMGB1阴性患者;RAGE高表达三阴性乳腺癌患者N1期占比、临床Ⅲ~Ⅳ期占比和肿瘤直径≥5 cm占比均高于RAGE低表达患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HMGB1、RAGE在三阴性乳腺癌患者中均呈高表达,且HMGB1阳性及RAGE表达高的三阴性乳腺癌患者N1期占比、临床Ⅲ~Ⅳ期占比和肿瘤直径≥5 cm占比更高。 Objective:To investigate expression and clinical significance of high mobility group protein B1(HMGB1)and receptor for advanced glycation end products(RAGE)in triple negative breast cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 56 patients with triple negative breast cancer and 60 patients with breast fibroma from December 2017 to December 2021 were retrospectively studied.The cancer tissue,the paracancerous tissue and the breast fibroma lesions of the patients with triple negative breast cancer were sampled by puncture.The positive rate of HMGB1 and the high expression rate of RAGE in the cancer tissues,the paracancerous tissues and the breast fibroma lesions were compared,and the clinicopathological features of the triple negative breast cancer patients with different HMGB1 and RAGE expression levels were compared.Results:The positive rate of HMGB1 and the high expression rate of RAGE in the cancer tissues of the triple negative breast patients were higher than those in the paracancerous tissues and the breast fibroma lesions,those in the paracancerous tissues were higher than those in the breast fibroma lesions,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportions of N1 stage,clinical stageⅢ-IV and tumor diameter≥5 cm in the HMGB1 positive triple negative breast cancer patients were higher than those in the HMGB1 negative patients;the proportions of N1 stage,clinical stageⅢ-IV and tumor diameter≥5 cm in the triple negative breast cancer patients with high RAGE expression were higher than those in the patients with low RAGE expression;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:HMGB1 and RAGE are highly expressed in the triple negative breast cancer patients,and the proportions of N1 stage,clinical stageⅢ-IV and tumor diameter≥5 cm in the triple negative breast cancer patients with high expression levels of HMGB1 and RAGE are higher.
