针刺核心肌群体表投影区穴位联合常规康复治疗卒中恢复期患者的效果

Effects of acupuncture at body surface projection area acupoints of core muscle group combined with routine rehabilitation therapy on patients with stroke in recovery phase

目的:观察针刺核心肌群体表投影区穴位联合常规康复治疗卒中恢复期患者的效果。方法:选取2020年5月至2021年7月该院收治的117例卒中恢复期患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为A组39例,B组40例,C组38例。A组给予常规康复治疗,B组在A组基础上采用常规针刺治疗,C组在A组基础上采用针刺核心肌群体表投影区穴位治疗,比较三组Berg平衡量表(BBS)、Fugl-Meyer运动量表上肢部分(FMA-UE)、Fugl-Meyer运动量表下肢部分(FMA-LE)和改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分。结果:治疗后,三组BBS评分均高于治疗前,且C组高于A、B组,B组高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,三组FMA-UE和FMA-LE评分均高于治疗前,且C组和B组FMA-UE和FMA-LE评分高于A组,C组FMA-LE评分高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,三组MBI评分均高于治疗前,且C组和B组高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺核心肌群体表投影区穴位联合常规康复治疗卒中恢复期患者可提高BBS和FMA-LE评分,效果优于常规针刺联合常规康复治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of acupuncture at body surface projection area acupoints of core muscle group combined with routine rehabilitation therapy on patients with stroke in recovery phase.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 117 patients with stroke in recovery phase admitted to this hospital from May 2020 to July 2021.They were divided into group A(39 cases),group B(40 cases)and group C(38 cases)according to the random number table method.Group A was given routine rehabilitation treatment,group B was treated with routine acupuncture treatment on the basis of that of group A,and group C was treated with acupuncture at the surface projection area acupoints of core muscle group on the basis of that of group A.The scores of Berg balance scale(BBS),Fugl-Meyer upper extremity scale(FMA-UE),Fugl-Meyer lower extremity scale(FMA-LE)and modified Barthel index(MBI)were compared among the three groups.Results:After the treatment,the BBS scores of the three groups were higher than those before the treatment,that of group C was higher than those of group A and group B,that of group B was higher than that of group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the FMA-UE and FMA-LE scores of the three groups were higher than those before the treatment,the FMA-UE and FMA-LE scores of group C and group B were higher than those of group A,the FMA-LE score of group C was higher than that of group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the treatment,the MBI scores of the three groups were higher than those before the treatment,those of group C and group B were higher than that of group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Acupuncture at the surface projection area acupoints of the core muscle group combined with conventional rehabilitation therapy can improve the BBS and FMA-LE scores of the patients with stroke in recovery phase.Moreover,it is superior to conventional acupuncture combined with conventional rehabilitation therapy.
