支撑喉镜下CO_(2)激光切除术治疗声带肿物患者的效果

Effects of CO_(2) laser resection under suspension laryngoscope in treatment of patients with vocal cord masses

目的:观察支撑喉镜下CO_(2)激光切除术治疗声带肿物患者的效果。方法:选取2020年10月至2021年10月该院收治的96例声带肿物患者进行前瞻性研究,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组51例和对照组45例。观察组采用支撑喉镜下CO_(2)激光切除术治疗,对照组采用支撑喉镜下传统钳切术治疗。比较两组临床疗效、手术时间、住院时间、手术前后嗓音学指标(振幅微扰、基频微扰)水平,以及并发症发生率。结果:两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组手术时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,两组振幅微扰、基频微扰均低于术前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为1.96%(1/51),低于对照组的15.56%(7/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:支撑喉镜下CO_(2)激光切除术与传统钳切术治疗声带肿物患者的治疗总有效率相当,但CO_(2)激光切除术可缩短手术时间和住院时间,促进嗓音功能恢复,并降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To compare effects of CO_(2) laser resection under suspension laryngoscope and traditional forceps resection in treatment of patients with vocal cord masses.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 96 patients with vocal cord masses admitted to this hospital from October 2020 to October 2021.They were divided into observation group(51 cases)and control group(45 cases)according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with CO_(2) laser resection under suspension laryngoscope,while the control group was treated with traditional forceps resection under suspension laryngoscope.The clinical efficacy,the operation related index levels(operation time,hospitalization time),the voice index levels(amplitude perturbation,fundamental frequency perturbation)before and after the surgery,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation time and the hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the surgery,the amplitude perturbation and fundamental frequency perturbation of the two groups were lower than those before the surgery,those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.96%(1/51),which was lower than 15.56%(7/45)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The total effective rates of CO_(2) laser resection under suspension laryngoscope is similar to that of traditional forceps resection in the treatment of vocal cord masses,but CO_(2) laser resection can shorten the operation time and the hospitalization time,promote the recovery of voice function,and reduce the incidence of complications.
