基于护理层级的链式流程护理在心外科患者中的应用效果

Application effects of nursing level-based chain process nursing on cardiac surgery patients

目的:观察基于护理层级的链式流程护理在心外科患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年10月至2021年10月该院收治的102例心外科患者进行前瞻性研究,依据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各51例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于护理层级的链式流程护理,比较两组护理质量评分、护理人员职业满意度评分和患者护理服务满意度评分。结果:观察组管理质量、基础护理质量、急救药品管理质量和重患护理质量等护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理人员对排班的满意度、福利待遇、与同事的关系、工作/家庭的平衡、专业发展机会、专业/社会交流机会等护理人员职业满意度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理人员对工作支配及参与决策机会、工作获认可或称赞、总满意度等护理人员职业满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者对沟通方式、健康教育的满意度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者对病房管理、护理质量、护理技术的满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于护理层级的链式流程护理应用于心外科患者可提高护理质量评分、护理人员职业满意度评分和患者护理服务满意度评分,效果优于常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of nursing level-based chain process nursing on cardiac surgery patients.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 102 cardiac surgery patients admitted to this hospital from October 2019 to October 2021.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,51 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given the nursing level-based chain process nursing.The nursing quality scores,the career satisfaction of nursing staffs,and the nursing service satisfaction of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing quality scores of management quality,basic nursing quality,emergency medicine management quality and critical care quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the satisfaction scores of the nursing staff on shift arrangement,welfare benefits,relationship with colleagues,work/family balance,professional development opportunities,professional/social communication opportunities between the two groups(P>0.05).The career satisfaction scores of the nursing staffs on work control and participation in decision-making opportunities,job recognition or praise,and overall satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the satisfaction scores of communication methods and health education between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction scores of the patients on ward management,nursing quality and nursing technology in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The nursing level-based chain process nursing for the cardiac surgery patients can improve the nursing quality scores,the nursing staffs’career satisfaction and the patients’nursing service satisfaction scores.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
