Network Pharmacology-A New Technology for the Research and Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要 目前单一靶点的药物难以对复杂疾病产生良好的疗效,而且中药的作用机制比较复杂,在临床上配伍使用时较难达到预期治疗效果。网络药理学为近年来发展的新兴学科,在系统生物学的基础上融合了多个学科的前沿技术和内容,揭示中药成分与相关靶点相互作用的机制,系统地、整体地揭示疾病与靶点蛋白、靶点蛋白与药物、药物与药物之间的关系,从网络层面的角度观察药物对疾病的影响,以不同以往的角度设计新的药物分子,研制新药。为了促进中医药的持续发展,网络药理学近年被广泛应用于中药领域,现综述网络药理学在中药领域的研究方法以及近几年的应用进展。 At present,single-target drugs are difficult to produce a good effect on complex diseases,and traditional Chinese medicines,with a relatively complex mechanism of action,are difficult to achieve the expected therapeutic effect when clinically used in combination.Network pharmacology,an emerging discipline in recent years,incorporates multidisciplinary technology and content on the basis of systems biology,revealing the mechanism of interaction between Chinese native medicine ingredient and related targets,systematically and holistically suggesting the relationships between diseases and target proteins,between target proteins and drugs,and between drugs and drugs,and reflecting the effects of drugs on diseases from a network perspective,so as to design new drug molecules and develop new drugs from a different angle.To promote the sustainable development of TCM,network pharmacology has been widely used in TCM in recent years.This paper summarizes the research methods of network pharmacology in TCM and its application progress in recent years.
