特发性肺纤维化中西医结合治疗研究进展

Research progress in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine

特发性肺纤维化(IPF)是一种起病原因尚未明确的间质性肺疾病,该病的病变部位主要局限于肺部,但病程迁延日久,则又会累及脾、肾两脏,具有慢性、进展性、纤维化性等特点。该病在临床早期多表现出急性下呼吸道感染症状,长期可导致肺动脉高压、进行性呼吸困难,自诊断之日起患者的中位生存期仅有3~5年。目前,临床上对于特发性肺纤维化的相关治疗依然缺少规范的、有效的现代医学方案,但由于我国传统中医药治疗疾病具有多药效部位、多环节、多靶点等的优势,因此,近年来随着不同学者研究的不断深入,中西医联合用药治疗特发性肺纤维化的方式取得了一定成效。本文从IPF的病因病机、中西医结合治疗研究进展等方面进行综述,以期为临床治疗IPF提供进一步参考。

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)is a kind of interstitial lung disease,the cause of which is not clear yet,and the lesion are focused on the lungs,the spleen and the kidney will be injured for a long time,with chronic,progressive,fibrotic and other characteristics.In the early clinical stage,the disease usually shows symptoms of acute lower respiratory tract infection,which can lead to pulmonary hypertension and progressive dyspnea for a long time.The median survival period of the patient is only 3-5 years from the date of diagnosis.Nowadays,there is still a lack of standardized and effective modern medical treatment for IPF,because of the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating diseases in China,such as multi-effective parts,multi-links,multi-targets,etc.,in recent years,with the deep research of different scholars,the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis has achieved some results.This article reviews the etiology and pathogenesis of Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,and the research progress of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,with a view to providing further reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.
