尼莫地平联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗脑血管痉挛性头痛头晕的疗效分析

Analysis of the efficacy of nimodipine combined with low-dose aspirin in the treatment of cerebrovascular spasm headache dizziness

目的对脑血管痉挛性头痛头晕患者采取尼莫地平联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗,观察其实际疗效。方法85例脑血管痉挛性头痛头晕患者,根据治疗方案的不同分为联合组(45例)及对照组(40例)。对照组采取尼莫地平治疗,联合组在对照组基础上联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状(头晕、头痛)消失时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果联合组治疗总有效率95.56%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组头晕消失时间(33.44±4.21)d、头痛消失时间(34.13±4.32)d短于对照组的(40.33±4.56)、(41.23±4.65)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率6.67%与对照组的7.50%对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尼莫地平联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗脑血管痉挛性头痛头晕效果较优,能够进一步缓解患者症状,且不良反应较少,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the actual efficacy of nimodipine combined with low doses of aspirin in the treatment of patients with cerebrovascular spasm headache dizziness.Methods A total of 85 patients with cerebrovascular spasm headache dizziness were divided into a combination group(45 patients)and a control group(40 patients)according to different treatment regimens.The control group was treated with nimodipine,and the combination group was treated with low-dose aspirin on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of symptoms(dizziness and headache),and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combination group was 95.56%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of dizziness and headache were(33.44±4.21)and(34.13±4.32)d in the combination group,which were shorter than(40.33±4.56)and(41.23±4.65)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was 6.67%,and the difference was not statistically significant when compared with 7.50%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Nimodipine combined with low-dose aspirin has better effect in the treatment of cerebrovascular spasm headache dizziness,which can further relieve the symptoms of patients and has fewer adverse reactions,so it is worthy of promotion and application.
