探讨中药自拟方在儿童性早熟(乳房发育)治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of self-made Chinese medicine prescription in the treatment of precocious puberty(breast development)in children

目的探讨中药自拟方在儿童性早熟(乳房发育)治疗中的应用效果。方法68例儿童性早熟(乳房发育)患儿作为研究对象,根据数字随机表法分为参照组及观察组,每组34例。参照组展开常规治疗,观察组展开中药自拟方治疗。比较两组患儿治疗前后的左右侧乳核直径、卵泡直径、性激素指标(雌二醇、卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成素)变化情况。结果治疗后,观察组患儿的左侧乳核直径(19.84±2.03)mm、右侧乳核直径(21.82±2.80)mm、卵泡直径(3.46±0.27)mm均小于参照组的(22.81±2.45)、(24.90±3.05)、(4.48±0.31)mm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿的雌二醇(17.81±3.22)pmol/L、卵泡刺激素(2.97±0.62)U/L、促黄体生成素(1.11±0.40)U/L均低于参照组的(22.10±3.50)pmol/L、(3.55±0.84)U/L、(1.60±0.49)U/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿童性早熟(乳房发育)患儿的治疗中应用中药自拟方剂,可以有效改善患儿的左右侧乳核直径、卵泡直径,同时还可以降低性激素水平,治疗效果显著、安全性高。

Objective To discuss the application effect of self-made Chinese medicine prescription in the treatment of precocious puberty(breast development)in children.Methods A total of 68 children with precocious puberty(breast development)were studied and divided into a reference group and an observation group according to the random numerical table,with 34 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with self-made Chinese medicine prescription.The left and right nucleus diameter,follicle diameter,and sex hormone indexes(estradiol,follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone)before and after treatment were compared in the two groups.Results After treatment,the left nucleus diameter(19.84±2.03)mm,right nucleus diameter(21.82±2.80)mm,and follicle diameter(3.46±0.27)mm of the observation group were less than(22.81±2.45),(24.90±3.05),and(4.48±0.31)mm of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the estradiol(17.81±3.22)pmol/L,follicle stimulating hormone(2.97±0.62)U/L,and luteinizing hormone(1.11±0.40)U/L of the observation group were lower than(22.10±3.50)pmol/L,(3.55±0.84)U/L,and(1.60±0.49)U/L of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of self-made Chinese medicine prescription in the treatment of children with precocious puberty(breast development)can not only effectively improve the left and right nucleus diameter,follicle diameter,but also reduce the level of sex hormones,with significant therapeutic effect and high safety.
