三伏贴穴位贴敷联合针灸治疗风湿病患者的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of dog-days acupoint application combined with acupuncture on rheumatic patients

目的探讨风湿病患者应用三伏贴穴位贴敷联合针灸治疗的效果。方法78例风湿病患者,根据随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组,每组39例。参照组单纯开展针灸疗法,研究组在参照组基础上配合应用三伏贴穴位贴敷。比较两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、晨僵时间、关节肿痛数目、实验室指标[红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)]水平以及临床疗效。结果治疗后,研究组患者VAS评分(3.95±0.86)分低于参照组的(5.40±0.91)分、晨僵时间(56.05±4.06)min短于参照组的(68.20±5.47)min、关节肿痛数目(6.34±0.92)个少于参照组的(9.75±1.04)个,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率94.87%高于参照组的79.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组ESR(19.03±3.62)mm/h、CRP(10.09±1.30)mg/L、RF(109.85±15.63)IU/ml均低于参照组的(25.57±1.83)mm/h、(17.53±2.01)mg/L、(152.95±18.52)IU/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸配合三伏贴穴位贴敷治疗风湿病患者的应用效果显著,能够有效缓解患者关节肿痛及晨僵症状,促使其实验室指标改善。

Objective To discuss the effect of dog-days acupoint application combined with acupuncture on rheumatic patients.Methods A total of 78 patients with rheumatism were divided into a reference group and a research group according to the random numerical table,with 39 cases in each group.The reference group carried out acupuncture therapy alone,and the research group applied dog-days acupoint application on the basis of the reference group.Both groups were compared in terms of visual analogue scale(VAS)score,duration of morning stiffness,number of joint pain,laboratory indexes[erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),rheumatoid factor(RF)]levels before and after treatment,and clinical efficacy.Results After treatment,the VAS score(3.95±0.86)points in the research group was lower than(5.40±0.91)points in the reference group;the duration of morning stiffness(56.05±4.06)min in the research group was shorter than(68.20±5.47)min in the reference group;the number of joint pain(6.34±0.92)joints in the research group was less than(9.75±1.04)joints in the reference group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was 94.87%,which was higher than 79.49%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,ESR(19.03±3.62)mm/h,CRP(10.09±1.30)mg/L and RF(109.85±15.63)IU/ml in the research group were lower than(25.57±1.83)mm/h,(17.53±2.01)mg/L and(152.95±18.52)IU/ml in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with dog-days acupoint application has significant effect on rheumatic patients,and can effectively relieve the symptoms of joint pain and morning stiffness of patients,and promote the improvement of their laboratory indicators.
