党风建设话语是党对现实中党内存在的作风问题的回应,在不同历史阶段下内容的侧重点略有不同。其逻辑层次体现为:以人民为中心的价值立场,事实与评价相符的陈述话语,个体行为分析与社会批判分析相结合的批判框架。党风建设话语的说服力和规范力分别受到文化语境和心理语境的影响。十八大以来党通过重构文化语境和心理语境,激活中华优秀传统文化和打破管党治党“宽松软”心理定式,实现了党风建设话语的有效传递。
