早期颈部静力性运动应用于桥小脑角区术后患者护理中的效果

目的 探究早期颈部静力性运动应用于桥小脑角区(CPA)术后患者护理中的效果。方法 选取在本院进行CPA手术治疗的82例患者为研究病例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组41例。对照组患者术后接受常规护理和普通体位护理,实验组患者术后接受常规护理和早期颈部静力性运动。比较两组患者的颈部活动度和颈部疼痛感。结果 术前两组各方向的颈部活动度差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),术后3d实验组颈前屈、后屈、左旋、右旋、左侧屈、右侧屈的活动度均大于对照组(P <0.05);术后1d和术后3d,实验组的视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 早期颈部静力性运动应用于CPA术后患者护理中可提高颈部活动度,降低颈部疼痛感,应用效果优于普通体位护理。

Objective To explore the effect of early neck static movement in patients’ nursing after operation in cerebellum pons angle(CPA). Methods 82 patients who received CPA surgery in our hospital were selected as study cases and divided into control group and experimental group randomly, and 41 cases in each group. Patients in control group received routine nursing and general position care after operation, and patients in the experimental group received routine care and early neck static exercise after operation. The neck mobility and neck pain were compared in both groups. Results There was no statistical difference in neck mobility in all directions of the two groups(P > 0.05). The activity of anterior, posterior, rotate on the left side, rotate on the right side, left and right flexion in experimental group were greater than the control group three days after the surgery(P < 0.05). Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores in experimental group one and three days after the surgery were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Early neck static exercise used in patient nursing after CPA operation can improve neck activity, reduce neck pain, and the application effect is better than normal position care.
