Objective: To explore the application value of nursing mode based on tabular medication monitoring sheet in patients after surgery. Methods: A total of 94 patients who underwent surgical treatment from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing mode, and the experimental group was given nursing mode based on tabular medication monitoring sheet. The self-management ability(self-management behavior score, self-management cognitive score, self-management environment score), medication compliance and adverse prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results: After intervention, the scores of self-management behavior, self-management cognition and self-management environment in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of medication compliance in the experimental group was 95.74%, which was higher than 82.98% in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse prognosis in the experimental group was 10.64%, which was lower than 27.66% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The nursing mode based on tabular medication monitoring sheet for patients after surgery can enhance their self-management ability, improve their medication compliance and reduce the probability of adverse prognosis, which has high clinical value.
