用药管理配合音乐疗法对中晚期帕金森患者心理状况、睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Drug Intervention Combined with Music Therapy on Psychological Status and Sleep Quality of Patients with Advanced Parkinson’s Disease

目的:探讨用药管理配合音乐疗法对中晚期帕金森(PD)患者心理状况、睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年5月—2021年9月我院治疗的中晚期PD患者70例,采用随机数字表法分为联合组和对照组,每组35例。对照组采用音乐疗法,联合组采用用药管理配合音乐疗法,比较两组干预效果、心理状况、睡眠质量。结果:干预后,联合组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);联合组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、爱泼沃斯嗜睡量表(ESS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:用药管理配合音乐疗法能增强对中晚期PD患者的治疗效果,改善患者的心理状况和睡眠质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of drug intervention combined with music therapy on psychological status and sleep quality in patients with advanced Parkinson’s disease(PD).Methods:A total of 70 patients with advanced PD treated in our hospital from May 2017 to September 2021 were selected and randomly divided into combined group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with music therapy,and the combined group was treated with drug intervention combined with music therapy.The intervention effect,psychological status and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the total treatment response rate in combined group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores of combined group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores and Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS)scores of combined group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Music therapy combined with drug intervention can enhance the therapeutic effect on patients with PD and improve their psychological status and sleep quality.
